SYNOPSIS
A gloomy and disillusioned man travels from Hamburg to a remote island to prepare for his death. There he stays at a modest hotel run by a devoted elderly woman. Although only a few words are spoken, the woman’s quiet humanity and the picturesque nature of the island incites a reawakening of his desires and instincts for life.
YUNAN (working title: Nothing of Nothing Remains) will be the second feature film of Ameer Fakher Eldin, following his outstanding debut: The Stranger (Al Garib).
